Getting started is simple. Once you book, I’ll need:

✔️ Your existing guest book (PDF, Google Doc, or Canva link)

✔️ Wi-Fi info, keyless entry codes, and any guest-ready info you typically share

✔️ Any links you want included via QR code (Instagram, manual, etc.)

✔️ Optional: your favorite local recs to include in the map

✔️ Optional: topics you’d love to see in the captions

Once I have those, you can sit back and relax—I’ll take care of the rest.

📍 What’s in the custom Google Map? Can I add my own spots?

Yes! I’ll handpick local gems based on your location—think cozy cafés, scenic trails, farmers markets, and hidden favorites.

If you book this weekend and send your materials by July 5, your full refresh will be delivered by Saturday, July 12.

✍️ What kind of captions do I get? Can I choose the topics?

You’ll receive 10 done-for-you captions written in your tone of voice. I’ll pull ideas from your guidebook and social media to highlight cozy corners, overlooked amenities, and local gems you may not be showcasing enough.

You’re welcome to suggest a few topics, but you don’t need to come up with the list yourself.

Yes! Just send me the links you'd like to include (Instagram, house manual, booking site, etc.), and I’ll generate and embed the QR codes into your guidebook seamlessly.

🖨️ Will I get help printing the physical guidebook?

Yes, I’ll provide a print-ready PDF and recommend easy print options (Staples, local printers, or online services) whether you want something spiral-bound, laminated, or tucked into a simple binder.
