Helpful Tips.

  • If using wooden skewers, be sure to soak them completely in water for at least 30 minutes before cooking so that they do not burn.

  • A helpful tip to keep in mind is that souvlaki is just as delectable even when the chicken is served cold. To ensure you have plenty to savor later, cook a surplus of chicken. Then, relish in your souvlaki for several days! Serve it on a pita, incorporate it into a refreshing salad, or create a rice bowl. The options are limitless.
